MARTINA. Bogota. Joven estudiante. Desplazado en 1997 del Rio Salaqui, Municipio de Rio Sucio. Afiliada a la Asociacion de Afrocolombianos Desplazados AFRODES.
ROSANA. Buenaventura. Miembro de la Asociación de Comunidades Negras del Río Raposo, ACONUR, integrante del Consejo de Mayores del Palenque Regional El Congal. Animo la resistencia de las comunidades negras del Municipio de Buenaventura, contra la presencia de retroexcavadoras en el territorio.
JORGE. Buenaventura. Educador y Minero. Representante Legal del Consejo Comunitario del Río Yurumangui. Fundador del Palenque Regional El Congal, fue representante de las Comunidades Negras a la Comisión Consultiva de Alto Nivel que reglamento el Articulo 55Transitorio de la Constitución.
NICANOR. Guapi. Miembro de la Asociación para la Defensa del medio Ambiente y de Nuestra Cultura Negra "Asomanos Negras" de Guapí. Anima procesos comunitarios en la costa del departamento del Cauca.
JAIRO. Representante de las Comunidades Negras a la Comisión Consultiva de Alto Nivel. Delegado de la Consultiva para el tema del desplazamiento.
SARAY. Palenque de San Basilio. Miembro de la Asociación Campesina de Bajo Grande, Bolívar. Desplazada. Dirigió los trabajos de recuperación de tierras en el Palenque de San Basilio, participo en procesos de recuperación cultural de esta comunidad. Lidero la liberación de campesinos palenqueros detenidos en Bogotá, a su regreso fue forzada a abandonar la zona.

War Vertreter der Schwarzen Gemeinschaften bei der Regierungskommission die das Anerkennungsrecht der Schwarzen Gemeinschaften in der Verfassung niederschrieb.

Hat an der Wiederaneignung von Land und Kultur der Gemeinschaft des Palenques de San Basilio teilgenommen. Sie hat die Befreiung von BäuerInnen aus dem Palenque in Bogota angeführt, bei ihrer Rückkehr wurde sie gezwungen die Gegend zu verlassen.

He was representative of the Black Communities in the Consultant Commission which worked out the rights to self determination of the Black Communities (art. 55) in the Colombian constitution.

Saray. Palenque of San Basilio. Member of the farmers association in Bajo Grande, Bolivar. Displaced. She lead the work of land recuperation in the Palenque of San Basilio, took part in cultural recuperation processes in the area. She was involved in the liberation of palenque farmers detained in Bogota, when she came back she was forced to leave the area.
