Raleigh, North Carolina 22/7/2006 - vigil
Even prior to the international call the Triangle Lebanese Association has prepared to carry out a vigil in protest against the Israeli invasion of Lebanon for the 22nd of July. This coincided beautifully with the international call of worldwide resistance to this war and aggression. At approx. 8:00 in the evening a vigil was carried out in front of the state capitol in Raleigh North Carolina. About 100 people were involved. Many Lebanese residents as well as allies.
