For your convenience, we have separated the PGA Bulletin number 2 in three files. Note that we produced two versions of the HTML files, the first set for any sufficiently new browser software, and a second set for old browsers or lynx (you need the latter if in the title of Part II you read "ãFreeä" or something of similar instead of the word "Free" in left and right double quotes). If you want to print the bulletin for further distribution on paper, you best download the original Word file.
