I. WORLD CAFÉ ON THE WTO - TUESDAY, SEPT. 9

There will be a panel discussion on trade followed by a satellite feed to Maude Barlow, Vandana Shiva etc... broadcast from Cancun, Mexico at 7 PM in Room 303 of the Dalhousie University Student Union Building, 6136 University Avenue, Halifax on Tuesday, Sept. 9. There will be refreshments provided. Everyone is welcome to attend this free event to learn more about what's happening at the WTO.
7 pm: Explore the World Trade Organization in a café-style setting.
All viewpoints welcome! Refreshments provided.
9 pm: Link-up to Maude Barlow and friends in Cancun.

II. ANOTHER WORLD IS POSSIBLE MARCH & RALLY - SATURDAY, SEPT. 13
Join in a Global Day of Protest against the WTO!
On Saturday, Sept. 13 there is a global day of action calling for fair and green trade with events happening in cities around the world. In Halifax, there will be a peaceful march from the Halifax South Commons at 1pm. Followed by a family-friendly rally at the Grand Parade Square with special guest speakers, vendors, and music and theater performances. Well-known folk artist, TIM MACNEIL, and popular East Coast African show band, AFRO-MUSICA will be playing. All welcome!
