"We all mobilise or we all die" was the expression used by a peasant in Valle del Cauca, Colombia right after a paramilitary incursion which left 13 of his friends and comrades lying dead. This scene has been lived through and is being lived through in several parts of the world: in Nicaragua, el Salvador and Guatemala; in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay; in Bolivia, Ecuador and Colombia; in Yugoslavia and the Persian Gulf.
War is the key word. The objective is the wealth of ancient peoples who have resisted injustice with dignity and have defended with their lives their self-determination and natural resources. The War for Oil, the War for Uranium, the War for Water, for the privatisation of Public Services, Education and Health, in short the opting by the United States of North America for WAR is a decision within its long-standing project to dominate the world.
The US and the great world powers do not accept reason, they are not moved by the knowledge that children die from hunger all over the world, or by the impact on the environment is going to to cause a natural catastrophe of incalculable proportions for humanity. Their multinational corporations in league with the Pentagon have decided on the policies of domination and subjecting the peoples of the world, a policy they call national security. In Colombia, to give the closest and most lamentable example, they have decided in cold blood on the extermination of entire communities. From 1965 to 1995 more than forty thousand Colombians have been assassinated for defending their integral human rights.
In IRAK the War is directly related to economic interests. Oil is the objective, the methods to achieve it: missiles, bombs, the extermination of thousands of men, women and children. The conflict in Colombia, as in IRAK, has structural reasons based on the imposition of the economic policies of the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the World Trade Organisation and other multilateral organisations.
There are people responsible for this War, with names and clear interests. It is our duty to remove their masks and the blanket of impunity that covers them. In Colombia the war against SINTRAEMCALI and the communities of the Atlantic Coast is called privatisation, handing over public and state resources such as Water, Electrical Energy and Telecommunications to the multinationals. The war against the Oil Workers Union Unión Sindical Obrera USO and against the U'WA indigenous people is because of OIL. The War against mineworkers union SINTRAMINERCOL is based on GOLD. The War on the workers of DRUMMOND is because of COAL.
Colombia's President ALVARO URIBE VELEZ has learnt the lesson very well, and through his strategy of a Communitarian State he has launched his programme to hand over all our resources to foreign capital and big national investors.
That is why the "National and International Campaign Against Privatisation, Corruption and the Criminalisation of Social Protest - NEVER FORGET" will not rest until every single one of the agents of Death, whether they be national or international, has been denounced.
That is why we unite with all men and women in the world who are risen up against the War: because "We all mobilise or we all die".

"O nos movilizamos o morimos todos", fue la expresión de un campesino del departamento del Valle del Cauca - Colombia, luego de una incursión paramilitar que dejo regados en el campo los cuerpos 13 de sus compañeros y amigos. Esta escena, se ha vivido y se vive en varias partes del mundo: En Nicaragua, el Salvador y Guatemala; en Chile, Argentina y Uruguay; en Bolivia, Ecuador y Colombia; en Yugoslavia y el Golfo Pérsico.
La Guerra es la palabra clave. El objetivo las riquezas de pueblos ancestrales que han resistido con dignidad ante la injusticia y defendido con su vida la autodeterminación y las riquezas naturales. La Guerra por el petróleo, la Guerra por el Oro, la Guerra por el Uranio, la Guerra por el Agua, por la privatización de los Servicios Públicos, la Educación y la Salud, en fin la apuesta de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica a la GUERRA es definitiva dentro de su viejo concepto de dominar el mundo.
Estados unidos y las grandes potencias mundiales no aceptan razones, no se conmueven por que en todas partes del mundo los niños mueran de hambre, por que el impacto del medio ambiente haya causado una catástrofe natural de proporciones incalculables para la humanidad. Estados unidos sus multinacionales deciden desde el pentágono las políticas de dominación y sometimiento de los pueblos y lo llaman seguridad nacional, en Colombia por nombrar el ejemplo más cercano y lamentable han decido fría y calculadamente el exterminio de comunidades enteras, de 1965 a 1995 más de cuarenta mil Colombianos fueron asesinados por defender integralmente sus derechos.
En IRAK la Guerra esta directamente relacionada con los intereses económicos. El petróleo es el objetivo, los métodos para llegar a él: misiles, bombas, exterminio de miles de hombres, mujeres y niños. El conflicto en Colombia como en IRAK tiene una Razón estructural basada en la imposición de políticas económicas del Fondo Monetario Internacional, la Banca Mundial, la Organización Mundial del Comercio y demás organismos multilaterales.
En la Guerra hay responsables, con nombres e intereses claros, por ello nuestro deber es quitarles la mascara y correrles el manto de impunidad con el que se cubren. En Colombia la guerra contra, SINTRAEMCALI, y las comunidades de la Costa Atlántica, se llama privatización, entrega de los recursos públicos y estatales como el Agua, Energía y comunicaciones a las multinacionales. La guerra contra la Unión Sindical Obrera USO, contra los U'WAS tiene una razón PETROLEO. La Guerra contra SINTRAMINERCOL, tiene un tras fondo ORO. La Guerra contra los trabajadores de la DRUMON se llama Carbón. ALVARO URIBE VELEZ aprendió muy bien la lección y en medio de su estrategia de Estado comunitario lanza una propuesta de entregar todos los recursos al capital extranjero y a grandes inversionistas nacionales.
Por ello la "Campaña Nacional e Internacional Contra la Privatización, la Corrupción y la Penalización de la Protesta Social: PROHIBIDO OLVIDAR", no descansara hasta denunciar uno a uno a todos los agenciadores de la Muerte, sena nacionales o extranjeros.
Por ello nos unimos a todos los hombres y mujeres del mundo que se levanten en contra de la Guerra: porque "o nos movilizamos o morimos todos".
