Call to action to co-ordinate mass Zapatista Action
in Europe, America and beyond.
We the London Zapatista Action (LZA) solidarity group based in London, England are sending you and Zapatista solidarity groups across the world a proposal -
To co-ordinate a mass protest and action on the same day, throughout the world at Mexican embassies and companies which are involved in the Plan Puebla Panama; in order to tell the Mexican government:
NO TO THE EXPULSIONS IN MONTES AZULES!
NO TO THE PPP.!
YES TO THE SAN ANDRES ACCORDS!
AND THAT THE ZAPATISTA STRUGGLE IS ALIVE AND STRONG IN THE 5 CONTINENTS
We all know about the imminent violent evictions of Indigenous peoples in Montes Azules biosphere in Chiapas, Mexico and the increased military and paramilitary incursions and movements in and around the bases of support. Now is an important time to show solidarity and support for our companeros.
The Zapatistas were unable to come and tour Europe, so let's make their presence felt, through us, across the globe.
To begin with we would like for you all to contact us at weareallzapatistas
yahoo.co.uk with the following information (below) and any other comments and suggestions.
1. Suggestions of dates for the Demonstration preferably of historical/special significance such as December 22nd (Acteal massacres), August 25th (assassination of Zapatistas 2002), Auagust 16 (The 1999 Mexican Army invasion of the "Amador Hernandez" village etc.
2. Dates that would be inconvenient for reasons such as conflicting with other major demonstrations, national holidays in your countries
3. A list of any solidarity groups that you may know
4. How in the future we may all co-ordinate our solidarity work/actions so as to have more impact.

LLAMADA DE ACTUACION PARA COORDINAR MOVIMIENTOS MASSIVOS DE ZAPATISTAS EN ACCION EN EUROPA, AMERICA Y MAS ALLA
Nosotros Accion Zapatista de Londres ( LZA), Grupo de Solidaridad basada en Londres,Inglaterra les estamos mandando a ustedes y a los Grupos Zapatistas de Solidaridad de todo el Mundo una propuesta-La organizacion y coordinacion the massas para protestar y tomar accion en el mismo dia, alrededor del mundo, delante de las Embajadas Mejicanas y companias que estan envueltas en el Plan Puebla de Panama; para poder decirle al Govierno Mejicano:
NO A LAS EXPULSIONES EN LOS MONTES AZULES!
NO AL PPP!
SI A LO ACORDADO EN SAN ANDRES!
Y que la lucha Zapatista esta viva y coleando y ganando fuerza en los cinco continentes.
Todos sabemos acerca de las eminentes y violentas evicciones de las gentes indigenas en la periferia de los Montes Azules en Chiapas, Mejico y del incremento de las incursiones y movimientos militares y paramilitares dentro y alrededor de las bases de sostenimiento. Ahora es un momento muy importante para mostrar solidaridad y apoyo por nuestros companeros. Los Zapatistas no pudieron venir a Europa, hagamos que su presencia sea sentida a traves de nosotros, en todo el Globo.Para empezar nos gustaria que todos ustedes nos contacten en weareallzapatistasyahoo.co.uk con la siguiente informacion, comentarios y sugestiones.
1. Sugestiones de fechas para las demostraciones preferentemente historicas or de significancia especial como por ejemplo el 22 de Diciembre ( las massacres de Acteal) el 25 de Agosto ( assesinato de Zapatistas 2002) el 16 de Agosto (1999 invasion del pueblo Amador Fernandez por el ejercito Mejicano) ect.
2. Fechas que sean incovenientes por razones de coincidir con otras demostraciones importantes, vacaciones y otras fechas en vuestros paises.
3. Una lista de otros grupos solidarios que ustedes conozcan.
4. Como podemos coordinar, en el futuro , nuestra solidaridad, trabajo, acciones para que tengan mas impacto.

An einem Tag in der ganzen Welt an Mexikanischen Botschaften und an Firmen die in den Plan Puebla Panama verwickelt sind, einen Massenprotest und Aktion zu Koordinieren, um der Mexikanischen Regierung zu sagen:

NEIN ZU DEN P.P.P.!
JA ZUM ABKOMMEN VON SAN ANDRES!
UND DAS DER ZAPATISTA KAMPF LEBT UND IN 5 KONTINENTEN STARK IST.
Wir alle wissen ueber die geplanten nahe bevorstehenden brutalen Vertreibungsplaene der einheimischen Leute im Bioreservat von Montes Azules in Chiapas, Mexiko, und ueber die zunehmenden militaerischen und paramilitaerischen Truppenbewegungen in und um die Unterstuetzungssitze herum. Jetzt ist eine Wichtige Zeit unseren Companeros Solidaritaet und Unterstuetzung zu zeigen.
Es war den Zapatistas nicht moeglich nach Europa zu kommen; daher lasst uns helfen sie in der ganzen Welt bemerkbar zu machen.
Erst einmal moechten wir dass Ir euch alle mit uns in Verbindung setzen: wir sind: weareallzapatistasyahoo.co.uk mit den folgenden Auskuenften und anderen Vorschlaegen.
1.) Vorgeschlagene Daten fuer die Demonstration; am besten geschichtliche oder spezielle Daten die von Bedeutung Sind, so wie 22 Dezember (Acteal Massaker), 25 August (Mordanschlaege an Zapatistas 2002), 16 August (Mexikanische Armeeinvasion des "Amador Hernand!ez" Dorfes u.s.w.
2.) Unguenstige Daten wegen anderen Demonstrationen oder nationalen urlauben in Euren Laendern.
3.) Eine Liste von Solidaritaetsgruppen die Ihr kennt.
4.) Wie wir in Zukunft unsere Solidaritaets Arbeit/Aktionen koordinieren koennen um groessere Auswirkung zu bekommen.

L'organizzazione London Zapatista Action (LZA), un gruppo d'appoggio alla lotta zapatista con base a Londra, Inghilterra vi propone di:
Coordinare una manifestazione mondiale lo stesso giorno in tutto il mondo, nelle ambasciate messicane e la sede centrale di tutte le società coinvolte nel Piano Puebla Panama per dire al governo messicano:

Tutti sappiamo che i popoli indigeni nella biosfera dei Monti Azules a Chiapas, Messico, sono in imminente pericolo d'espulsione e che ci sono state delle incursioni militari e paramilitari nelle basi che appoggiano la lotta zapatista. Quindi, in questo momento importante dobbiamo mostrare la nostra solidarietà e il nostro appoggio ai nostri compagni messicani. I zapatisti non hanno potuto venire in Europa, quindi rendiamogli presenti in tutto il mondo mediante la nostra manifestazione!

1. Suggerimenti per la data della manifestazione, preferibilmente una data d'importanza storica come il 22 dicembre (strage nella regione Acteal), 25 agosto (massacro dei zapatisti nel 2002), 16 agosto (invasione militare del villaggio "Amador Hernandez" nel 1999) ecc...
2. Date che sarebbero inopportune nel vostro paese dovuto aad altre manifestazioni o giorni festivi.
3. Una lista di tutti i gruppi di appoggio che conoscete.
4. Suggerimenti per coordinare manifestazioni d'appoggio nel futuro affinché le nostre azioni possano avere il maggior impatto possibile.

Nous, le groupe Action Zapatistas de Londres (LZA), veuillons suggerer a tous les groupes Zapatistas du monde de coordiner une manifestation globale qui prendra place le meme jour aux portes des ambassades mexicaines a travers le monde et contres les companies qui participent au Plan Puebla Panama. Nous savons tous que des evictions violentes de peuples indigenes ont eu lieu a la biosphere a Monte Azules a Chiapas au Mexique. Nous savons aussi qu'il y a de plus en plus de movements de troupes militaires autour des bases.
C'est maintenant le temps de montrer notre solidarite avec les campaneros. Les Zapatistas ne pouvaient pas venir faire un tour en Europe, alors nous allons prendre de l'action pour eux a travers le monde.
Nous vous demandons d'abord de nous contacter avec l'information suivante:
1. Une liste de dates possibles pour la Manifestation - dates, si possible, qui sont importants pour raisons historiques, par example: 22 Decembre (massacres d'Acteal), 25 Aout (assassination des Zapatistas 2002), 16 Aout L'invasion de "Amador Hernandez" par l'armee mexicaine) etcetera..
2. Une liste de dates qui ne marchent pas a cause de vacances nationaux dans votre pays, autres manifestations etc.
3. Une liste de groupes sympatiques avec notre cause.
4. Des idees pour agir ensemble dans le future pour que nos actions aient plus de force.

to those intrested in such an action i would only add that some attention need by paid to other indigenous groups who are struggling in mexico for autonomy and against the same repression. not to take away from amazing advances of the zapatista struggle, but to realize that the indigenous struggle in mexico is far larger than the part of the state of chiapas which the zapatistas occupy.
