We are sure that these stains on the face of the President will never leave him, so that the politicians and future leaders will agree that they must govern for all Ecuadorians. This Wednesday February 7, an accord has been signed amongst the Leadership of the Indigenous Organizations CONAIE, FEINE, FENOCIN, FEI, FENACLE, CONFEUNASE, ECUARUNARI, CONFENIAE, which includes, among other achievements, the following: -The reduction of the price of gas by 40 cents of the dollar. -The freezing of fuel prices for one year. -That students, children and the elderly pay half-fare on public transport -That the plan to use kerosene in indigenous communities will not be implemented because it is highly toxic. -The restructuring, strengthening and capitalization of the Promotion Bank -The recuperation of the lost portfolio of the banks seized by the AGD -Increase of the budget for indigenous organizations CODENPE (indigenous development), DINEIB (indigenous education) and DNSI (indigenous health) -The swap of external debt for the conservation of the environment for the benefit of local governments and indigenous communites. -The resolution of various land and water conflicts which divide indigenous and campesino communities. -Implementation of policies that benefit migrants -Seeking of consensus for the reform of social security and to proceed to pay the debt to campesino social security. -The necessity for the country to abstain from participation in Plan Colombia because it puruse war and death. -COMPENSATION TO FAMILIES OF THE DEAD AND THE INJURED Another of the aspects that it includes is the derogation of the State of Emergency, and fundamentally, the compensation of the families of the compañeros assassinated and injured by the government of President Noboa.
