Greetings.There is a short news of protest of Killing the E.P.Z workers - Jointly organized by the National Garments Workers Federation and Bangladesh EPZ Workers Welfare Association. In the attached file there is a picture of the protest.

PROTEST AGAINST THE KILLING OF E.P.Z WORKERS

On 5 th May,2000 National Garments Workers Federation and Bangladesh EPZ Workers Welfare Association organized a PROTEST and MOURNING RALLY with BLACK FLAG.
Presided by Amirul Haque Amin ,others leaders of the 2 organizations addresses the rally. The rally parred the main strets of the cities.
From the rally 2 organization submited 7 points charter of Demands. These are compensation of 200000 taka for the family who killed, Proper treatment for the injured, Withdrawal the cases against 1300 workers, Realese of all arrested workers, monthly salary within 7th of the next month, salary according to the BEPZA rules, security of the workers, peacepul working conditions etc.
